The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, commonly known as Martyn’s Law will come into force in spring 2027, with the Security Industry Authority acting as the regulator. The legislation will place proportionate preparedness and protective-security duties on those responsible for qualifying premises and events.
